Thanks for checking us out. We are Ryan and Jennifer Merry, Directors of the Mountain Lion Care Group at Victory Christian Center. Both of our parents and family attend here. We both grew up in Azle, have attended this church for over twenty years, and we were also married here. We are blessed with three children. Anthony is 9, Megan is 6 and Autumn is approaching her first birthday.
Ryan is a Royal Ranger and Area Commander. He attended his first Royal Ranger outing with this father, while still in diapers, and he learned from his father very early the importance of serving the Lord. Jennifer was once brought to Missionette class by her mom in a “Baby Moses” basket to be part of a lesson she was teaching. Now we are Young Adult Ministry Leaders and teach a Young Adult Sunday School Class along with Jennifer helping lead a Young Adult Study on Wednesday evenings. We have been involved in many areas of ministry including Greeting, Choir, Royal Rangers, Missionettes, Ushering, and Teaching.
We are a diverse group from the very young to the mature. The focus of our group is encouraging and building relationships through loving and serving others, helping each of us to be all that God intends for us to be. Our group is involved in reaching out in the community through the Eagle Mountain Pregnancy Help Center and the Azle Community Caring Center.

Please accept our invitation to come join us for food and fellowship at our monthly small group meetings the 4th Friday of each month. We have a lot of fun learning how God wants us to be equipped to share Christ with others.
